Westwood Cross Opening

What a fantastic day for Guildcrest Estates!

On Saturday 28th September the sun was shining on our new office as we got to open our doors for the first time, at our new branch at Westwood Cross Shopping Centre. We were thrilled that the Mayor of Margate, Councillor Jack Packman accepted our invitation to be part of our big celebration, and we were honoured he cut our gold ceremonial ribbon declaring our second branch officially open!

This was an extremely proud moment for our female-led team and in true Guildcrest style our ladies sparkled whilst meeting, talking and engaging with the public. They all loved giving away a large supply of cotton tote bags and keyrings to the shoppers, with some being lucky enough to be in receipt  of our ‘lucky’ bags containing £25 vouchers to spend at Westwood Cross.

The mall was buzzing with excitement and enthusiasm for our new office and many of our existing customers, friends, and colleagues popped in to wish us well along with suppling bubbles, chocolates and gifts. The local business’s also made us feel very welcome, coming over to introduce themselves and swapping their delights for our shiny gold trolley token keyrings!

Our new branch is going to be a central hub for all things property, making it extremely easy for local residents, day trippers and holiday makers to pop in, as the shopping centre offers 1500 free parking spaces right on our doorstep, and with our branch being open 7 days a week, it will work in harmony with modern day living. With such a large footfall, we know all of our homes and property listings will get a great exposure and this is already apparent as our windows are getting so much attention!

We are extremely excited about the future of our Westwood Cross branch and our team are already settling in and feeling right at home!
