Sales director and founder of Guildcrest Estates, Sarah is an experienced estate agent who began her career in the commercial field.

Having been involved with the construction, sales and rental of light industrial and commercial properties for a number of years, it was a natural progression to branch out into the residential market.

Sarah is professional, friendly and approachable. She is dedicated to her job and is very supportive of her team.

Martine is our Branch Manager for Residential & Commercial Sales and brings an abundance of experience in the estate agency industry.

Having dedicated over 10 years helping clients from listing properties for vendors and to sourcing buyers and completing sales, she has also worked closely with landlords and tenants in the letting market.

She has a wide range of industry skills and is passionate and dedicated to each sales and lettings opportunity. With excellent knowledge of the area, Martine is a friendly, professional and approachable member of the team.

Carrie is one of our highly experienced Commercial and Residential Sales Executives and our dedicated Sales Progressor. Carrie has worked in the industry for over 30 years and loves all aspects of her estate agency work.

With her excellent communication skills, well-established connections, knowledge of the local area and understanding of all that’s involved when buying or selling homes, you know you are in very safe hands.

Her experience and natural ability to put people at ease, makes the journey of selling your home and buying your new home, a smooth and positive experience.

Hayley is our Residential & Commercial Sales Executive who brings a wealth of knowledge to the team with over 30 years experience in the property market.

With expertise spanning both residential and commercial, Hayley’s passion lies in connecting with new clients to turn their property aspirations into realities.

Her approach is characterised by honesty, friendliness, and unwavering professionalism, and she enriches our team with her insights and extensive knowledge of the local market.

Georgia is our Residential & Commercial Sales Executive who initially joined the company showcasing our show homes. Since then, she has familiarised herself with the new build home construction process.

Now with a thorough understanding of each step required for a property to reach completion, Georgia is poised to expertly address any questions potential buyers may have about purchasing a new build home.

Drawing from years of customer service experience, Georgia excels in communication and is a warm, approachable and dedicated member of our growing team.

Verity joined the team part-time, assisting with the hosting of events, open days, and presenting show homes, and she has quickly become an asset to the company,

Specialising in the sale of new build homes, Verity has taken time to develop an understanding of the construction process in order to answer technical questions from prospective buyers.

Verity’s dedication shines through in her commitment to knowing each different developer’s products inside and out. This ensures that she often provides potential buyers with comprehensive and accurate information.

Gintare is our Accounts Manager who keeps us on the straight and narrow. Her love for numbers, organisational foresight, and aptitude make her an indispensable asset.

Gintare’s meticulous approach ensures flawless financial operations, while her IT problem-solving skills helps keep our systems running seamlessly.

Liz is our HR Manager & Accounts Assistant for The Guildcrest Group. With a wealth of experience in financial oversight, Liz is the lynchpin of our human resources operations.
