Overview To support the Branch Manager and the Sales team, in maximising residential and commercial sales and lettings. To provide a positive and professional service to home owners, buyers, landlords, tenants and investors. Responsibilities • Organise appointments for viewings, inspections, and meetings with clients of residential and commercial properties and rental properties. • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries • Prepare and manage property listings on various platforms. • Continually review and streamline processes to ensure legal compliance. • Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences, keeping all client records up to date. • Negotiate lettings agreements between landlords and tenants. • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends. • Provide administrative support including preparing contracts, agreements, and other documentation, sales packs and brochures • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the sales & letting process to ensure satisfaction. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Experience 1 – 2 years estate agency experience. Local knowledge preferred. Full clean driving license. Full-time 37.5 hours, a permanent position. Includes weekend working so flexibility a must. Based in the Manston Head Office, Westwood Cross Satellite Office and future branches. Immediate start.
