Looking back at our achievements in 2025

It’s always great to look back over the last year, and our stats confirm what a great year 2025 has been for our vendors, buyers, and all the team at Guildcrest Estates! So having a brief look at our numbers…
We valued  235 properties.
We conducted 998 viewings.
We received 246 offers.
We agreed 158 sales.
We placed 45 commercial tenants.
But our success hasn’t stopped there, our team has grown, and we have loved welcoming Isabel, Zoe, Heidi, Shannon, Amelia and Stephanie to the team, bringing a wealth of expertise to both sales and lettings.
Our branches have grown too, we were invited to join the Guild of Property Professionals which allows us to advertise in the prestigious Park Lane branch in Mayfair and in September we opened our next branch in Canterbury, which helped us take the same care and expertise to a new area, with a team that specialise in the Canterbury market.
We took part in a lot of events throughout the year, attending the Mayoress Ball at Quex, had great fun blowing our whistles in Margate Carnival again, took part in Speed Networking, a local Loose Women evening, walked the end of Derrick Down’s 90 mile walk for Oasis, the Mayor’s Ball at the Holy Trinity Church in Margate, mingled with East17 met the Ghostbusters and danced the Macarena to make a new World Record at the Thanet Extravaganza, sponsored East Kent Mind at various events including the Mental Elf Run and the Independent Market at Westwood Cross,  honoured to be asked to hand out awards at the Kent Mental Wellbeing Awards, supported the Mayor of Margate by attending Drag Bingo at the Margate Beach Club, and as the festive season approached our diary got even busier, attended the Christmas Light Switch-On in Canterbury, spent the day in the rain at the Margate Christmas Market and hosted festive drinks for Thanet Female Founders.
It was a great year for awards too, winning an Esta’s award for customer service and attended the prestigious Esta’s Award Ceremony at The Grosvenor Hotel in London, mingling with the property icon Phil Spencer and our fellow Guild members.
We rounded off our year with a great Christmas Party at our MD’s home that was enjoyed by all of the team, with a delicious grazing table and lots of bubbles, a few Tequila Rose’s and some great Secret Santa gifts which made us all chuckle!
We are now excited and ready for a busy 2026 and January as already seen a lot of activity in the market.
