It’s always great to look back over the last year, and our stats confirm what a great year 2024 has been for our vendors, buyers, and all the team at Guildcrest Estates! So having a brief look at our numbers…

We valued 115 properties.
We conducted 938 viewings.
We received 166 offers.
We agreed 112 sales.
We completed on 64 commercial units.

But our success hasn’t stopped there, our team has grown, and we have loved having Vicki, Natalie and Anita on board, bringing a wealth of expertise to the already talented team.

Our branches have grown too, at the beginning of the year we moved into our new Head Office at The Laurels, in Manston Business Park, which soon became a flagship commercial unit, showing potential clients and tenants just how spectacular these units can look and how versatile they are for all trades. But we didn’t stop there, in September we opened our Westwood Cross branch which helped us reach a wider audience and to meet so many of the local people in Thanet and South East Kent and to showcase all of our properties and services!

We took part in a lot of events throughout the year, and had great fun shaking our pompoms in Margate Carnival, orchestrated the opening of Farmer Drive in Manston Business Park, held a Quiz Night for Oasis Domestic Abuse charity, took part in two Golf Tournaments and handed out lots of goodies at Margate Christmas Market.

We finished off our year with a great Christmas Party at St Augustine’s that was enjoyed by all of the team, with some funny secret Santa gifts, great souvenirs from the photo booth and some dodgy dancing to some classic Christmas anthems.

We are now back, fully refreshed after the festive holidays and are all raring to go, and really looking forward to seeing what 2025 holds, and we can’t wait to share our exciting plans and achievements with you along the way.
