The ESTAS Awards 2025 – A Day to Remember for Team Guildcrest!

The day began bright and early as we boarded the train to London, dressed in all our finery and full of excitement for one of the biggest events in the property calendar, The ESTAS Awards 2025

Our first stop was the Guild Property Professionals office on prestigious Park Lane, where we were welcomed with glasses of bubbly and the chance to meet fellow members. It was wonderful to catch up with familiar faces, make new connections, and of course, capture some fantastic team photos to mark the occasion.

After a few toasts and plenty of smiles, we took a short stroll to the magnificent Grosvenor Hotel. The atmosphere was electric as we enjoyed welcome drinks, posed for professional photos, and mingled with friends and colleagues from across the industry. The event took place in the hotel’s grand ballroom, and the chandeliers most definitely did not disappoint!

 

We were treated to a delicious lunch, followed by inspiring words from none other than Phil Spencer, the “Property King” himself. His insights and warmth set the perfect tone for what was to come.

Then came the moment we had all been waiting for, the awards presentation. The tension was high, the excitement was real, and we were absolutely thrilled (and a little overwhelmed!) to hear our name called as Best in Postcode for 2025 for CT12. What an incredible achievement for our amazing team!

The celebrations didn’t stop there. After the ceremony, we joined the after party, where we had the privilege of meeting Phil Spencer in person. He was every bit as friendly and genuine as you’d imagine, taking a keen interest in Guildcrest Estates, especially our new Canterbury branch, which happens to be his hometown!

We rounded off the night with plenty of dancing, laughter, and celebration, the perfect end to a truly unforgettable day.

What a wonderful day for Team Guildcrest! Here’s to another year of hard work, great clients, and continued success!
