East Kent estate agency Guildcrest Estates has announced the acquisition of Thanet-based Frederick & Co Property Services, marking another significant step in the continued growth of the independent property business.
The acquisition will see Frederick & Co’s established portfolio of approximately 150 managed properties become part of Guildcrest Estates, substantially strengthening the agency’s lettings and property management operation.
Based in Thanet, Frederick & Co has built an extensive property management portfolio across Kent, further strengthening the geographical reach of Guildcrest Estates’ growing lettings division.
The acquisition forms part of Guildcrest Estates’ wider growth strategy, building on its established residential sales, lettings, new homes and commercial property services and its expanding presence throughout the region.

The enlarged portfolio will be supported by Guildcrest Estates’ established lettings and property management team, giving clients access to the wider resources, systems and expertise of the agency.
The acquisition represents the latest stage in Guildcrest Estates’ continued expansion, as the independent agency strengthens its presence across Kent while continuing to develop its residential sales, lettings, new homes and commercial property services.
